Student Course Evaluation Feedback

Current students can access the "Course Evaluation Results" button below to view a summary per instructor and course from students that submitted evaluations.  By accessing the data, you are agreeing not to shared it outside of UCM.  The date are accessible to UCM students and employees only.  You will be prompted to login to view the dashboard, unless you have already been authenticated through another means (e.g. MyCentral, Banner, Bb, etc.).

Course Evaluation Schedule

Full Semester Courses (12+ weeks)

• Evaluations open for students 18 days before the course end date, the Monday two weeks before Finals Week. Students and instructors receive directions via email.
• Evaluations close for students 4 days before the course end date, the Monday of Finals Week.  
• Evaluations are anonymized 1 day after the course end date, the Saturday after Finals Week.
• Instructors can view responses 6 days after the course end date. Instructors receive emails with directions and links.

Partial Semester Courses (<12 weeks)

• Evaluations open for students 11 days before the course end date, or the Monday one week before finals week. Students and instructors receive directions via email.
• Evaluations close for students 4 days before the course end date, the Monday of Finals Week.
• Evaluations are anonymized 1 day after the course end date, the Saturday after Finals Week.
• Instructors can view responses 6 days after the course end date. Instructors receive emails with directions and links.
