Office of Integrated Marketing and Communications

What We Do

The Office of Integrated Marketing and Communications is responsible for building and maintaining the integrity of the UCM brand. By working closely with our campus stakeholders, the Office of Integrated Marketing and Communications tells the UCM message across many platforms, and adopts a robust marketing strategy to make sure our story is heard through digital, social, print and traditional media campaigns while fully supporting UCM’s strategic goals and objectives.

The Office of Integrated Marketing and Communications also partners with our campus community to produce compelling, brand-centric communications that accurately and consistently represent the UCM brand. Departments and offices can use our library of templates to build their communication strategy, or work with our office on more in-depth projects to support our institutional goals of growth in enrollment, retention and student success.

Content Creation and Review Processes

Nobody knows your content better than you. That's why we ask our campus partners to provide as close to final copy as possible at the beginning of a project, including getting input from your departmental stakeholders. Once we receive your content, we will edit it for style and branding before we provide one final copy to review. Any copy changes made after this will need to go through the UCM Print and Copy Center and may incur additional costs.

Once we have received your approval on final content, our team of graphic designers will produce your materials using UCM's branding style guide, and approved institutional photography. If there is a particular image you would like us to consider for inclusion, please provide this to your designer as early as possible. Once the design is complete, you will receive one final copy for review. Any design changes made after this will need to go through the Center for Print Production and may incur additional costs.
