Once you have finalized the design of your research poster presentation, DLII staff
will be available to assist you with the printing process. We utilize a wide-format
printer that allows for production up to 36 inches in the smallest dimension of the
poster. For example, a poster measuring 36 inches by 48 inches or larger is feasible,
while a size such as 37 inches by 37 inches is not possible.
All posters printed by DLII are on matte heavyweight paper supplied in rolls measuring
36 inches in width and 100 feet in length.
For printing, your department will be billed based on material cost recovery. The
average cost for paper and ink usage is $5.00 per running foot at the 36-inch width.
These charges are designed to cover the expenses associated with paper, ink, and printer
maintenance, ensuring the sustainability of this service.
To facilitate a consistent outcome from computer to print, please submit your poster
as a PDF format.
Please note: To avoid potential delays, we require a minimum of five business days to print your poster. Orders containing multiple individual posters may require additional
