Mission

Decorative PhotoDLII provides direct faculty support in areas of training, course development, and content creation. DLII provides supplemental student support in the areas of learning technologies, the LMS, and an enhanced learning experience through pedagogical training administered to faculty.

Vision

Digital Learning and Instructional Innovation fosters a culture of excellence through pedagogical training and enhanced teaching & learning initiatives at UCM. DLII is a resource for instructors to generate enhanced learning experiences for our students. It promotes collaborative dialogue, scholarship, innovation, and excellence in learner-centered teaching. DLII supports the development of teaching excellence for the benefit of students, faculty, and the community.
