The Service Operations Center (SOC) is the nerve center of Facilities, Planning and Operations (FPO). The SOC team provides administrative, financial and TMA database technology support services to, not only, the 6 departments within FPO but to the larger campus as well. Through work order management, telephone communication, technician dispatching, contractor relations, fuel & utility management we ensure communication and action between Facilities and its customers.

Billable Work (Chargeback) |
Billable work, also known as a Chargebacks, occurs when a work order is submitted and it is determined that the financial responsibility lies with a specific office or school. Chargeback example: A campus department requests for an employee's office furniture to be moved to another location. This would result in a Chargeback to the appropriate office. |

Account usage and/or statements regarding campus-building utilities can be obtained by contacting us. |

Fuel and Fuel Key Management |
Fuel billing, for authorized vehicles and departments on campus can be arranged though our office. Authorization for a fuel key is at the discretion of each department and once distributed, the responsibility of that department. Missing or lost fuel keys can be replaced for a fee. |

Motor Vehicle Request |
Facilities Planning and Operations has two 15-passenger buses and one 30-passenger bus for rental to Departments and Groups affiliated with the University and conducting University related business. Vehicle rental is based on a first come first serve basis and must be confirmed through the Service Operations Center for FPO.
