Having trouble logging into Blackboard? Before contacting Help, please try the following:

First clear your browser cache and cookies.  Click on the browser link below for directions on clearing your browser data.

  • and visit our  instructions for guidance.
After clearing your cache, try logging into Blackboard again.  If the problem still persists, you may need to completely close your browser and reopen before attempting to authenticate to Blackboard.
