Kevin Pang received his Ph.D. degree from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
He completed his postdoctoral research in the Department of Electrical and Computer
Engineering at the University of British Columbia.
From Fall 2023, Dr. Pang is an assistant professor at the University of Central Missouri.
Prior to joining UCM, he worked as a researcher, professor, or sessional lecturer
at the University of British Columbia, Lakehead University, the University of Central
Missouri, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Okanagan College, and Confederation
College. He also worked as a Sr. Software Developer or Sr. System Engineer/Designer
in the industry with Motorola, General Dynamics, and TELUS.
His current research interests primarily lie in Cloud Computing, Edge Computing, AI,
6G, and IoT. He has served as a technical program committee member for more than 40
international academic conferences. He is the co-chair of the technical program committee
for the 2023 International Conference on Networking Systems of AI.
