Dr. Jeffrey Yelton
Associate Professor, Anthropology
Dr. Yelton is a native Missourian and historical archaeologist. He focuses his research on Pertle Springs, a local Warrensburg landmark – a former resort and Depression-era federal work camp. He is passionate about involving his students in investigative work at the site and in analyzing other archaeological materials and public archaeology projects.
