The University of Central Missouri’s Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Prep Course and Exam provides students with the knowledge and preparation needed to pass the MindEdge Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificate exam. Through the nine online modules, you will explore essential components of the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) methodology including themes, principles and tools needed to refine processes and enhance operations. Enhance your leadership and strategic management skills and advance in your career through this valuable course! Through this program, students earn an industry-recognized certificate and continuing education units which may not be applied to a degree program and are not eligible for federal financial aid.

Our online, self-paced course is designed for busy adults. Students are tested throughout the course via interactive games, exercises, case studies and quizzes to ensure solid preparation for the exam. Also included are videos from working professionals featuring examples to improve concept mastery. Students will participate in two 50-question practice exams that mirror the substance and style of certification exam questions. The course includes support from experts and is mobile-friendly.
